Automated Reporting: At Soldo, I designed and implemented
a solution to capture data and automate reporting for quarterly board
presentations using Excel, PowerPoint and VBA. This solution significantly
reduced manual admin, improved data integrity, and increased visibility of
trends enabling more data-driven decision-making at the CEO level.
As part of the project, I designed the presentation, visualizing key data
points in a clear and engaging manner.

Process Optimization: At Soldo, I identified an inefficiency, causing significant productivity drain and manual admin. After investigating it was clear a new cost effective solution could be implemented quickly and without disruption. My proposal received unanimous support from all levels of the organization, including the CEO, and subsequently I oversaw successful implementation. The system streamlined agent productivity and accuracy across three countries, and established a strong foundation for AI-driven transformation initiatives.
REST APIs & Postman: Working in collaboration with the Business Operation Design team and acting on an urgent business need, I proposed and implemented a system to bulk create and manipulate tickets for a KYC Refresh Project. The solution used the Zendesk API and Postman, enabled full customization and assisted the business to meet key regulatory targets.
Bot Automation: Curious about the potential of an existing but underutilized chatbot functionality, I took control of the live chat customer service chatbot. After some iteration I developed a simple but effective three point strategy, resulting in increasing the resolution rate from 7% to 29% within two months. Simultaneously it improved customer experience by creating a new accurate and knowledgable 24-hr frontline support.
BPM Finder: As a personal project, I created a tool
called ‘the BPM Finder’. Enter the name of any song and it plugs into the
Spotify API and displays the tempo. I even gave it a working metronome. A
tool useful for musicians, producers or DJs, which saves time in finding
the tempo of any song you are working with.

Fraud Register: Responding to a critical business need, I designed a new system for capturing manually entered fraud data. Key issues were data integrity and realtime visibility. In order to maximise the quality of data input, I focused on clear formatting and data validation. To provide real time visibility, dedicated tabs used formulas to calcuate and present case data in a meaningful way based on management requirements. The solution resulted in a significant increase in data quality and provided senior management with real-time accurate data, enabling clear and agile decision-making.
Python 3 Programming Specialization: I completed the Python 3 Programming specialization and the IBM Data Analyst certification , building a strong foundation in Python and data analysis. I learned key programming concepts, worked with APIs, and used Python, SQL, and Looker Studio to analyze real-world data. Along the way, I created dashboards, presented insights, and developed practical skills in data manipulation, visualization, and automation.
Generative AI Fundamentals: I completed the Generative AI Fundamentals specialization, gaining a solid understanding of how generative AI works and its real-world applications. I learned about different AI model architectures, including convolutional neural networks (CNNs), transformers, and large language models (LLMs) like GPT-4. The course also covered prompt engineering, ethical considerations, and career opportunities in AI.
Power BI Dashboard During the CDD Refresh Project I used PowerBI to create a dashboard using the API (paginated) as a source.
